SIGEP, Campionato Italiano Juniores pasticceria e cioccolateria

Buongiorno! Scusate la mia assenza ma sono stati due giorni pieni di impegni.

Come vi avevo già accennato, ieri a Rimini, si è svolto il Campionato Italiano Juniores pasticceria e cioccolateria.. dove ha partecipato Lorenzo.

La gara consisteva nel creare una scultura in cioccolato o zucchero, detta Ps e una torta o pralina in 4 ore. Il tema era libero, c'è chi ha scelto "la musica", chi "la danza", chi "l'isola del tesoro" e c'è chi ha scelto "la donna del futuro" come Lorenzo :)

Purtroppo hanno vinto due ragazzi che avevano già partecipato a molte gare quindi con più esperienza, ma credo che tutti siano stati vincitori nel superare l'imbarazzo e la paura di mostrarsi davanti al pubblico!

Hello! Sorry for my absence, but two days were busy.
As I had mentioned yesterday in Rimini, the Italian Championship was held junior pastry and chocolate.. where he attended Lorenzo.
The race was to create a sculpture in chocolate or sugar, called Ps and a pie or praline in 4 hours. The theme was free, there are those who chose "music", who "dance", who "Treasure Island" and there are those who chose "the woman of the future" as Lorenzo :)
Unfortunately they have won two guys who had been involved in so many races with more experience, but I think we all have been winners in overcoming the embarrassment and fear of appearing before the public!
